You vs your potential.
Earn a score every day based on how productive you were. Climb from Rust to Ironclad.
Your potential starts at 100. Your score chases it.
Set your standard
Pick your wake and bed times, what counts as productive, up to three health goals, three habits to build and three to break.
Live the day
Your potential opens at 100 and only falls when time slips. Your score climbs as you work, train and keep your habits. The gap between the two is exactly what you gave away — and you can see it happen.
Close the books
Log your bed time to lock in your score and your rank.
Don't get punished on the days you can't work.
Your focus is measured against the free time you actually had. A 12-hour shift is downtime, not failure — a day with no free hours can still score 100.

Does Ironclad track my phone automatically?
No. You log focus hours per category — from any timer you like — and tick off your goals and habits. That keeps it simple, private and in your control.
How is my score calculated?
Your score starts at 0 each day and climbs as you earn points, chasing a potential that starts at 100. It's split 3 ways: productive hours, health goals, and habits. Productive hours are worth 60 points and to score the full amount you need to have worked for at least 50 minutes of every hour of free time you had (any excess is bonus points). So for example if you had 2hrs of free time, studying for 100 minutes would earn you the full 60 points. You can set up to 3 health goals, ordered based on the number of points they're worth. You can tick off a health goal as complete to earn points for it, or mark it as a rest day to redistribute its points across the other health goals or bonuses. Bonuses and penalties are extra habits set by you. You can tick off bonuses to add points to your score, and mark penalties to subtract points from your score. You can set a focus bonus habit to be worth more than the others or set a focus penalty habit to cost more than the others. Your score is the combined total of all categories.
What are the different ranks?
Every closed day earns one of seven ranks based on its final score: Rust (up to 30), Scrap (31+), Ore (45+), Cast (60+), Forged (75+), Tempered (90+), and Ironclad (100+). See the full chart above.
What if I work a full shift?
Job hours, your morning routine, a commute and whatever other obligations you had count as downtime, and time on a health goal is logged with the goal. You're only scored on the free time you actually had. With 30 minutes free or less, focus is full marks automatically, so a day with almost no free hours can still score 100. A day with under an hour free is flagged and kept off the leaderboards.
Who can see my data?
Your score counts toward leaderboards — friends always see your name, avatar, rank and score. They can also see your daily log, unless you choose to hide it; strangers on the global board see a random alias in their place by default and never more than a score.
Can I change my goals later?
Yes. Edit them any time in Profile. Edits apply from the next day onward. Past days keep the rules they were scored under, so your history stays honest.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. Or use the delete-your-account page.
